Playing guitar can be such a rewarding experience. And one that can last a lifetime. I fully expect to be playing when I’m on my last leg. And while I’m not a great guitarist, I enjoy the challenge of learning a new technique, or an alternate tuning, or mastering a new song. That’s part of the fun of playing. There is always something new to be learned.
One part of learning to play, and do it right, is getting the right tools. It takes more than just a guitar and a pick. At a minimum, you need to know how to care for your instrument – how to clean it, protect it from the environment, and protect it when you walk out the door. Because eventually, you will want to take it someplace other than your living room or basement. Lessons, jam sessions with friends, or even as part of a group. You’ve made an investment in your instrument, and yourself, and you should protect that investment.
As you grow and develop as a player, you’ll end up needing additional tools. Tuners, capos, and the like. Each serves a definite purpose, and knowledge of them will make you a better player. The question becomes which of these tools are right for you.
Here at Guitar Gear Galore, I am committed to helping guitar players get the tools they need to become better players. More importantly, I’m here to help you decide what is the best for you. Every player is different and one size does NOT fit all in the guitar world.
That’s why I’m here to help. Below are links to different accessories you may need as you grow as a player. And always, if you have questions or need help with a specific issue, don’t hesitate to leave a comment.
